Job Summary
Liquid Receiving Operator in Rochester, MN for Kerry's Production team. Responsible for the safe and efficient receiving, pasteurization, and transfer of liquid raw materials while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards. Key duties include receiving and pasteurizing liquids, performing CIP on silos and line circuits, operating pasteurizers and evaporators, maintaining documentation (including pasteurizer chart records for MDA compliance), handling sanitary transfers to silos and fermentation vessels, running evaporators to specified densities and temperatures, troubleshooting equipment, coordinating with maintenance and quality, overseeing material trucks, and maintaining logs and communications. Requires ability to work independently and in a team, strong attention to detail, and comfort in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications

- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, SAP, iFix, or similar systems)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing production demands
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment with multiple processes running simultaneously
