Job Summary
Entry-level manufacturing operator (Level 1) responsible for mechanical assembly in a cleanroom environment. Role involves learning to manufacture products, assembling to specifications with small parts, recording quality data and inventory accuracy in systems (ISO/ESD/Lean compliant; SAP), participating in training regimes, adhering to policies and safety, and supporting production with overtime as needed. Requires good manual dexterity, effective communication, ability to work with minimal supervision, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a temporary contract through June–October in Ireland (Leinster).
Required Qualifications
- Some previous experience in manufacturing operation an advantage
- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of manual dexterity
- A self-starter who can manage workloads with minimum supervision
- The ability to communicate effectively with others and establish good relationships with co-workers
- The ability to support the team’s goals by willingly taking on new assignments and helping solve problems associated with changes required
- Ability to communicate, including reading and writing, effectively through the English language
- Basic PC skills
- Demonstrate ability to learn
