Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator L1 responsible for executing GMP/SOP-compliant manufacturing and packaging operations. Stage, weigh, and process materials; perform mechanical changeovers; clean equipment and facilities; prepare and complete production documentation; participate in equipment qualification, quality audits, and investigations; lead process improvements; train other team members; operate SAP/IMS and automation tools (IP21, eBRS, CDISY, Freeweigh); contribute to development batches; support rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights). Requires high school diploma, 0-1 year production experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Rotating shifts in Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 0-1 year of production experience
- Knowledge and experience with IMS and SAP production transactions or similar operation systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to use automation solutions such as IP21, eBRS, CDISY, Freeweigh
