Manufacturing Operator III

Manufacturing Operator III at AbbVie in a pharmaceutical finishing operation on the UD Fill line (A1 shift) 7am–7:30pm, Sunday/Monday/Tuesday and every other Wednesday. Responsible for supporting setup, changeover, and packaging of pharmaceutical products; contributing to a teamwork-oriented environment; maintaining safety, quality, and housekeeping standards; performing line clearances, blowing of finishing line/equipment, and operating automated/semi-automated equipment across 1–2 value streams; executing quality checks and in-process tasks; sustaining 6S and driving continuous improvement through cross-functional communication; and ensuring compliance with cGMP and site policies. Requires ability to stand 8–12 hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and use basic computer systems; prior experience with POMs, SAP, MAXIMO and related manufacturing systems is preferred.
