Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator II responsible for set-up and change over of production machinery, including die set-up, material changes, and continuous operation to minimize downtime. Operates presses and CDCH coating lines (prep, coating, sheet separating and deframing of gaskets), troubleshoots manufacturing issues to maintain quality, ensures machines are stocked with materials, assists tooling with die issues, and performs light maintenance (oil/grease). Completes paperwork and BPCS transactions accurately, contributes to general department housekeeping, and adheres to all safety policies to maintain a safe work environment. Strong written/verbal communication, basic math, time management, analytical/problem-solving skills, and computer literacy (Excel); BPCS experience is a plus.
