Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator I is an entry-level role responsible for producing, assembling, inspecting, and packing parts per work instructions, maintaining GMP/ISO 13485 documentation, and supporting continuous production through machine operation, quality checks, data reporting, and packaging. The role requires reading and following specifications, basic math, ability to use measuring tools, and teamwork in a climate-controlled clean-room environment with first-shift hours (6:00am–2:30pm) and occasional overtime. Training is provided to develop skills to advance to Operator II, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- No experience necessary
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read, understand and follow specification sheets
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to use measuring devices and hand tools
- Physical ability to perform light work including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to wear PPE (protective eyewear, hair net, protective gown)
- Attention to safety and GMP/ISO 13485 standards
- Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
