Job Summary
Complete work according to process sheet instructions in a tightly controlled environment, testing results and documenting part parameters to ensure lot integrity. Execute manufacturing processes including Sanding Bench, Scrubbing DBC, Via Fill, Via Drill, Dice Mounting, and DBC Photolithography while following all safety protocols. Maintain an organized work area and demonstrate high precision and accuracy while working independently with minimal supervision. Cross-train as requested in other areas of the company. This role requires working in a sitting or standing position for up to 10 hours while wearing a lab coat, spittle mask, and gloves. The position involves working with chemicals, measuring devices, ultrasonic devices, and microscopes.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Must be able to work in a sitting or standing position for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, and gloves while working
- Must have previous experience working in a similar environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must demonstrate extremely high levels of precision and accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED
