Job Summary
Complete work according to process sheet instructions in a tightly controlled environment, testing results and documenting part parameters to ensure lot integrity. Perform manufacturing processes including sanding, scrubbing, via fill, drilling, dice mounting, and photolithography while following all safety protocols. Maintain an organized work area and cross-train as requested in other areas. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high precision and accuracy while wearing required PPE. Requires ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours and experience working with chemicals, measuring devices, ultrasonic tools, and microscopes. Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Must be able to work in a sitting or standing position for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, and gloves while working
- Must have previous experience working in a similar environment
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate extremely high levels of precision and accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED
