Job Summary
Complete work according to process sheet instructions in a tightly controlled environment, testing results and documenting part parameters to ensure lot integrity. Execute manufacturing procedures including sanding, scrubbing, via fill, via drill, dice mounting, and DBC photolithography while following all safety protocols and maintaining an organized work area. Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating high precision and accuracy while wearing required personal protective equipment. Operate within a 4-day schedule from 6 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. Cross-train as requested in other areas of the company.
Required Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience
- Must be able to work in a sitting or standing position for up to 10 hours
- Must be able to wear a lab coat, spittle mask, and gloves while working
- Must have previous experience working in a similar environment
- Must be able to work independently
- Must demonstrate extremely high levels of precision and accuracy
- High School Diploma or GED
