Job Summary
Assist maintenance with and/or perform product changeovers on team processes while applying TPI tools. Conforms to all safety regulations and requirements, actively supporting the team through commitment to Quality, Service, Cost, and Safety. Works toward acquiring skills to advance to a minimum of Level 3 in the SBP system with desire to progress to Level 4. Understands business and team metrics to sustain and improve results, demonstrating team advancement through volunteering for team rep roles and participating in meetings. Performs other duties as directed by the Team Leader.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete basic maintenance responsibilities and troubleshooting
- Understanding and application of TPI tools
- Commitment to Quality, Service, Cost and Safety
- Ability to advance the team through volunteering for and being successful in team rep roles
- Active participation in team meetings
- Effective communication skills in giving/receiving feedback to resolve conflict situations
- Understanding of business and team metrics and ability to read/interpret metric charts
- Ability to be Process Certified on all certifiable processes
- Conformance to all safety regulations and requirements
