Manufacturing Operator - Genset

Assemble complete generator sets using engineering drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures while utilizing hand and power tools safely and effectively. Conduct quality inspections throughout the build process to ensure every product meets high standards and report any defects or opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production targets while maintaining strict safety, housekeeping, and quality protocols. Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives across the production area. This role offers exposure to a wider variety of components and manufacturing processes compared to traditional engine assembly, directly supporting essential services like hospitals, data centers, and emergency infrastructure.
