Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Must be 18 years or older
• •Have the right to work in the US without sponsorship
• •High School diploma or equivalent
• •Must be able to stand and walk for 50% of the shift
• •Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• •Must be able to use measuring devices (Calipers, measuring tape)
• •Must be able to perform basic math calculations
• •Must have ability to communicate effectively and work in a team setting
• •Must have high attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• •Must have proven ability to execute manufacturing processes within a tight tolerance
• •Must be able to understand documented processes and procedures indicated in engineering blueprints
• •Must be able to perform manual and CNC machine preventative maintenance tasks (checking/filling oil, vacuuming, changing filters, etc.)
• •Must maintain a clean and safe work area
• •Must perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures
• •Must be able to escalate quality issues to supervisor or to the quality department as appropriate
• •Must finalize all required paperwork thoroughly and timely (i.e. Production Reports, Rack Tickets, Labels, Component Sheets, Rework Sheets, SAP Transactions etc.)
• •Must maintain accurate attributes/variable charts of rejected materials
• •Must integrate on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality
• •Must promote and implement use of continuous improvement tools to eliminate non-value activities
• •Must participate actively in continuous improvement activities such as 6s, Kaizen events, etc.
• •Must ensure product is consistent with established specifications through Camline by utilizing different measuring tools, such as calipers and drop/height indicators
• •Must ensure highest possible product quality and adherence to the Entegris quality policy, ISO and/or other standards
• •Must package finished orders in accordance with specifications, ensuring proper protection and handling
• •Must use SAP and other electronic systems to find, record, and generate documentation throughout the production process
• •Must records all output and production data in ERP (Enterprise) systems
• •Must maintain compliance with all online training and documentation requirements
• •Must operate manual and CNC machines (vertical/horizontal lathes, mills, grinders, 5-axis machines) to produce precision parts in accordance with work order specifications
• •Must safely utilize cutting tools to perform minor corrective operations on machined products as needed
• •Must collaborate with machinists and machining supervisors to ensure that production schedule is met, and any issues are escalated in a timely manner
• •Must ensure that production schedule is met
• •Must escalate issues in a timely manner
• •Must maintain compliance with all online training and documentation requirements
• •Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times in the manufacturing area
• •Must wear safety glasses
• •Must wear steel-toed shoes
• •Must wear high-visibility vests
• •Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 (preferred but not required)
