Job Summary
Perform part-specific assembly operations on components and subassemblies for sophisticated electric drive systems using presses, pad printers, laser markers, and product-specific equipment. Inspect and document all orders using measuring devices and test equipment to ensure close tolerance and rigorous quality standards. Pack orders per factory standards and customer requirements, then enter order completion data into the ERP system to designate stock as finished for shipment. This role requires experience in mechanical and electrical assemblies, reading schematics, and using precision measurement tools. Work in a manufacturing assembly environment during the first shift from 6:30am to 3:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Work experience in mechanical and electrical assemblies, including wiring, soldering, and using fixtures and hand tools during assembly
- Work experience reading drawings, schematics and diagrams with the ability to interpret dimensions and tolerances
- Work experience using measurement tools, such as calipers micrometers, gages and similar equipment
- Close visual acuity
- 1st Shift
- M-F 6:30am-3:00pm
