Job Summary
Execute routine administrative processes and support internal Operations teams to meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), standard operating procedures, and activity flowcharts to process ingredients and pharmaceutical products. Monitor resources, record gaps between target and actual status, and escalate concerns to leaders to maximize business results. Maintain front-line knowledge of regulatory issues, CAPAs, and audit findings to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Perform assigned tasks with independent judgment, continuous improvement ideas, and ownership of personal training completion.
Required Qualifications
- A relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 3 years' relevant experience or an non-relevant MBO-2 degree with at least 5 years' relevant experience
- A B1 level in Dutch or English
- Basic level computer proficiency for MS office
- Routine level computer proficiency for business applications

- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

- Ability to provide continuous improvement ideas based on gaps
- Ability to take ownership of personal training
- Ability to ensure all required training is understood and completed on time
- Knowledge of process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures
- Understanding of Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo
- Ability to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct, Company policies and laws
- Ability to follow routine administrative processes
