Manufacturing Operator - Day Shift

Job Summary
Assemble, test, and package medical devices by following work instructions and standard processes while working efficiently on a production line to meet daily output targets. Carry out routine quality checks, visually inspect products, and record results to support safety and compliance standards. Accurately label, scan, pack, and prepare products for shipment, maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area. Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to resolve issues promptly. This role requires GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification and is scheduled Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs or a Level 2 qualification, or equivalent experience
- Ability to follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards accurately
- A strong team-player mindset with good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality systems in a manufacturing environment
