Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator at Bosch with responsibilities including 5S housekeeping, machine warm-up and start-up checks, recording production and maintenance records, preparing and supplying materials for production, following daily briefings, supporting routine preventive maintenance, achieving target output and cycle times, reducing scrap, ensuring adherence to work instructions and safety, and undergoing process training to improve competency. Requires fresh graduates or 1–2 years in manufacturing assembly, basic PC skills (MS Word/Excel), ability to work in shifts, willingness to work in Lippo Cikarang area, and basic English understanding.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated minimum from SMK or SMU
- Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year work experience in manufacturing assembly
- Able to operate PC (Ms Word / Ms Excel)
- Willing to be assigned work on field (Production) for extended period
- Willing to work in shift operation and rotation
- Willing to work in Lippo Cikarang area
- Preferably understand and speak English minimum passive
