Job Summary
Operate complex and standard high-speed production equipment to manufacture industry-leading nutrition products, including Similac, PediaSure, and Ensure. Maintain inventory of packaging materials, complete workorder documentation, and perform quality checks on finished goods. Clean equipment and the production environment while troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure efficient output. You will be accountable for meeting compliance standards including FDA, OSHA, and Abbott policies. This day shift role involves rotating hours from 6am to 6:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months prior manufacturing experience
- Good written/verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytical troubleshooting skills
- The ability to multitask
- Shift Hours: 6am to 6:30 pm, on a rotating basis
- Week One: Mon - On / Tues - On / Weds - Off / Thurs - Off / Fri - On / Sat - On / Sun - On
- Week Two: Mon - Off / Tues - Off / Weds - On / Thurs - On / Fri - Off / Sat - Off / Sun - Off
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionals
- Experience with tools and equipment related to the position
- Experience as a Sr. Production Equipment Operator
