Job Summary
Operate designated production equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area while adhering to all safety procedures. Perform and document production logs, report raw material consumption, and assign lot numbers for traceability. Communicate quality issues and ensure all operations conform to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Troubleshoot basic manufacturing equipment and use PLC interfaces. Work the 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM Monday through Friday, with periodic overtime and weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience
- Ability to read and understand specifications
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand all of shift
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a forklift license
- Ability to use various measuring instruments
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Computer literate/able to use PLC interface
- Manufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair experience
- Ability to work overtime periodically (all shifts), including weekends
