Manufacturing Operator - 1st Shift Sterile Fill (M-F 6:00am-2:30pm)

Job Summary
Comply with workplace safety standards, including Lockout Tagout and cGMPs, while performing daily setup and operation of the packaging line. Operate equipment such as fillers, labelers, and vision systems, resolve stoppages, and palletize finished and unfinished products. Inspect components and drug products for compliance, initiate corrective actions on non-conforming items, and manage area cleaning and preventive maintenance. Complete production documentation, track material movements, and approve work output for team members. Meet production schedules and take ownership of training to develop high-performance competencies.
Required Qualifications
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good PC Skills, including use of e-mail, attaching documents to e-mail
- Previous experience using electronic databases and on-line system applications
- Demonstrated ability to work safely in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to read/interpret/follow instructions regarding workplace documentation, such as SOP's, Operator Manuals, Work Instructions, etc
- Demonstrated technical ability as measured by good troubleshooting skills
- Must be able to demonstrate a good mathematical aptitude in addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, & metric system
- Must be willing to work overtime as required, based on production demands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a government regulated, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or standard operating procedures (SOP) environment preferred
