Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator role operating assembly equipment and second operation machines to form, inspect, and package membrane products. Duties include visual product verification, adherence to specifications, recording production data (SAP, labels, component sheets, rework sheets), performing setup and adjustments per work instructions, using metrology tools (scales, calipers), handling computer data entry and Excel, maintaining clean/ safe work area, wearing PPE, and participating in continuous improvement activities (6S, Kaizen). Must lift up to 50 lbs, read/write English, and work nights on a 12-hour shift (6 pm–6:30 am) on Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday. Preference for 1 year manufacturing experience; ability to follow documented processes, perform basic math, and use measuring devices.
