Job Summary
Operate equipment on syringe filling production lines to achieve required output while maintaining quality and safety guidelines. Complete relevant SOPs and adhere strictly to aseptic practices, cGMP rules, and PPE dress codes. Support scheduled adherence to production metrics and OEE targets. Work 24/7 shifts including days, nights, and 4 on/4 off rotations in a cGMP environment. This role is integral to Sanofi Waterford's delivery of medicines and vaccines, supporting the company's mission to improve people's lives through innovative biopharma solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of working in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- Competent in the operation, cleaning, maintenance of all manufacturing equipment
- MES/SCADA and SAP experience
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated good understanding of mechanical operations
- Technical writing skills
- Good knowledge of cGMP
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Understands site KPI's
- Must be available for 24/7 shifts, (days and nights) and 4 on and 4 off (12hr days)
- Must adhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP's and PPE rules
