Job Summary
Manufacturing Operations Supervisor leading and developing a production-technical team in mechanical assembly and testing, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while ensuring SOP and QMS compliance. Responsibilities include executing strategic priorities, meeting delivery targets, fostering continuous improvement, resolving process deviations with corrective actions, developing and implementing a skills training plan, coaching team leads, and building a collaborative, high-performance, customer-first culture. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of relevant experience, plus 2+ years in aerospace and 1+ year of leadership; salary 85k–95k/year; onsite in Anaheim, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree
- 2+ years in the aerospace industry with a strong understanding of technical and operational processes
- 1+ year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams
