Job Summary
Manage a 30-person manufacturing team by leading shift operations, scheduling assignments, and enforcing safety and quality standards. Monitor production workflows, resolve equipment malfunctions, and coordinate with warehouse and retail teams to cut molds, mount art, and ship finished products. Drive performance through KPI tracking, coaching, and process improvements while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Requires flexibility for all shifts and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Base salary ranges from $75K to $80K plus bonuses.
