Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing and improving business processes across Global Operations; supports analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes; identifies inefficiencies, analyzes data, and helps implement data-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and support decision-making. Gains hands-on experience in business process optimization, data analytics, report automation, and digital transformation initiatives; collaborates with cross-functional teams and senior analysts to drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and scalable process design. Key duties include process mapping and assessments, leading cross-functional projects, documenting and analyzing processes, creating business requirement documents, test cases, and proof-of-concept efforts, developing dashboards using Power BI/Tableau/Spotfire, gathering and analyzing operational data to support decision-making, automating manual processes and reports, and applying lean and agile methodologies to deploy advanced analytics solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
