Lead and manage a team of project managers to organize and implement new customer and product introductions, serving as the interface between internal teams and customers to resolve technical and logistical issues. Collaborate from requirements gathering through product acceptance, establishing milestones and defining roles while driving processes that optimize team effectiveness and deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Manage weekly and monthly operational reviews, forecast functional area budgets, and identify risks through the escalation process to ensure proper documentation and customer satisfaction.
