Job Summary
Manufacturing Operations Manager needed at Rockwell Automation in Mequon, WI to lead the Mequon Value Stream. You will direct production activities to meet goals for productivity, quality, and cost; prioritize schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials; develop budgets and staffing, deploy policy with KPI dashboards, and lead Lean initiatives including Kaizen, 5S, and Standard Work. You will coordinate operations and maintenance support for the Value Stream, drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost, and promote a culture of learning and empowerment through standardized processes. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of manufacturing management experience with strong leadership of large-scale projects and teams; experience with Lean, RPS, and value-stream optimization is expected. Required Qualifications
