Job Summary
Relocation provided to the Greater Evansville, IN area. Manufacturing Operations Manager / Plant Manager role for a site of ~35 employees. Lead all aspects of plant operations including safety, quality, production, maintenance, and continuous improvement; develop supervisors and frontline leaders; drive productivity, throughput, quality, and cost improvement initiatives; partner with executive leadership on capital projects and operational strategy; ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance; foster employee engagement and build high-performing teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of manufacturing leadership experience leading supervisors, managers, or production teams.
- Manufacturing experience within chemicals/ raw materials or plastic processing
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance, develop people, and lead change.
