Job Summary
Hands-on operations leader overseeing production, maintenance, sanitation, and distribution within a Norwood, MA manufacturing facility. Drive strategy and continuous improvement through lean manufacturing practices, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions. Build and develop a strong leadership bench, manage budgeting and resource planning, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to execute operational initiatives. Role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, data-driven decision making, and accountability to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline preferred
- 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
- Strong knowledge of packaging operations and production workflows
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
