Manufacturing Operations Executive (Manufacturing Supervisor)

Manufacturing Operations Executive (Manufacturing Supervisor) plans and organizes resources to meet OEE and productivity targets, collaborates with all levels to achieve “Zero Defect Product” and “100% On-Time Delivery,” translates company objectives into department goals, cascades them to Production line leaders and operators, fosters a “Quality First” culture, maintains downtime records and analyzes lost opportunities for improvement, initiates projects for capacity and quality improvement, leads CIP daily management meetings, liaises with TEF group for improvements, ensures production line processes are followed and QC procedures adhered to, reviews performance of line leaders and operators, coordinates cross-department activities for smooth daily operations, manages year-end physical inventory, enforces safety and 5S, and oversees leave entitlements and company insurances.
