Job Summary
Analyze product development lifecycles with clients to identify bottlenecks, develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Implement lean manufacturing principles, optimize supply chain integration, and leverage digital technologies to drive operational efficiency. Motivate and develop team members by coaching, leveraging unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. Address conflicts with stakeholders, escalate issues where appropriate, and uphold professional standards and independence requirements. Take ownership of projects ensuring successful planning, budgeting, and execution while building diverse client networks. Work up to 80% travel.

- Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in Operations & Production Management
- Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in Management of Change Methods
- Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in Manufacturing Reliability Strategy & Analysis
- Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in Work Management Process Improvement
- Demonstrates knowledge and a proven record of success in or a desire to deliver advisory services in Maintenance Focused Improvement
