Job Summary
Lead contributor to key financial forecast cycles, ensuring task accuracy and data integrity. Drive projects involving complex stakeholder management with Operations, Business Unit, and FP&A teams, while reviewing and authorizing transactions for subgroups. Prepare detailed models for executive consumption and develop result presentations. Interpret internal and external business challenges to recommend best practices for improving products, processes, or services. Communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different viewpoints, guiding work by functional policies. Requires full-time assignment with 10% travel; no relocation eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Lead contributor to key financial forecast cycles
- Ownership of task accuracy and data integrity
- Effective stakeholders management and influence primarily Operations, Business Unit and FP&A
- Drives projects consisting of complex relationship, interactions and direct exposure to senior management
- Reviews, monitors and authorizes transactions for subgroups within finance
- Prepares detailed models for executive consumption
- Develops presentation of results
- Process integration lead and/or work stream owner in support of local/regional finance initiatives
- Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
- Interprets internal/external business challenges
- Recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
- May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Leads others to solve complex problems
- Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment
