Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst role focused on coaching structures mechanics, enabling process improvements, and solving problems to support Boeing Production System. Responsibilities include analyzing performance and quality data to identify change impacts, conducting process assessments, providing feedback and opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation, supporting on-the-job training and coaching, providing SME guidance on manufacturing skill-sets, and facilitating training to enhance employee understanding and skills. The role requires on-the-floor problem solving, collaboration with manufacturing managers and team leads, and self-sufficient work to improve mechanic morale and knowledge on 2nd shift in Renton, WA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Structures Assembly and Mechanical Assembly
- 10+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 2nd shift
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, specifications, and templates
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
