Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery (We'll Train You!)

Set up, run, and maintain all sections of the bindery machine while troubleshooting minor repairs to equipment. Interpret work instructions, record production data accurately, and exercise initiative to improve productivity. This role requires operating machinery with basic tools, reading measurements, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. You will work on a fast-paced production floor, standing for most of the shift and collaborating within a team.
