Manufacturing Operating Technician - Bindery (We'll Train You!)

Job Summary
Set up, run, and maintain all sections of the bindery machine while troubleshooting and performing minor repairs to equipment. Interpret work instructions and accurately record production data. Exercise initiative to ask questions and identify ways to improve productivity. You must be mechanically inclined, comfortable using basic tools, and able to read measurements and decimals. On your feet for most of the shift, lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally. We provide full training for anyone with machinery experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or trades. A high school diploma or GED is required, though print or bindery experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.)
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools
- Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
- Take pride in doing quality work
- Show up reliably and work well with a team
- High school diploma/GED
- On your feet for most of the shift
- Lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally

- Print, bindery, or finishing experience
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
