Manufacturing OEE & Process Technician

Job Summary
Operate and optimize automated equipment and robotic systems to sustain OEE, reduce waste, and avoid unplanned downtime while adhering to strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Champion safety by following plant policies, escalating incidents, and maintaining audit-ready work areas through daily 5S and vehicle checks. Own quality control by applying release programs, inspecting output, documenting defects, and updating the quality database using precision gauges and inspection tools. Drive continuous improvement by recommending better methods, serving on CI teams, and performing scheduled maintenance, trial runs, and installations. Provide cross-line support including forklift operation and break relief. Work 12-hour shifts across rotating days, weekends, and holidays in a loud, temperature-variable environment with occasional work at heights.
