Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator responsible for operating and monitoring automated equipment used in lithium-ion battery cell production, including mixing, coating, electrode cutting, stacking/winding, welding, electrolyte filling, formation, and final inspection. Work in clean-room or dry-room environments with PPE, follow SOPs, and perform in-process quality checks. Training includes hands-on overseas assignment for ~2 months before Fargo facility becomes fully operational. Requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, reliability, ability to stand long periods and lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to travel internationally. Onsite role based in Fargo, ND.
