Job Summary
Manufacturing/Method Engineer to implement Lean manufacturing workflow methods and lead continuous process improvement. Primary responsibilities include defining production line layouts according to Lean concepts, creating and updating assembly work instructions, training operators, and collaborating with Engineering and R&D to drive process improvements. Report to the Production Manager and partner with Internal Logistics and Production teams to optimize production flow, reduce waste, and ensure value-added activities meet customer needs. Requires a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 2-3 years of Lean-focused experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD and English; Six Sigma certification is preferred. Position located in Castello D’Agogna, Italy, with a permanent contract and starting salary around €40,000 gross per year, under the Metalworking Industry collective agreement.”,
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years Lean-oriented Manufacturing experience
- Fluent in English
- Experience with Autocad
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Manufacturing/Method Engineer involving Lean principles and Continuous Improvement
