Job Summary
The Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineer will support plant leaders and production personnel by developing and implementing manufacturing processes that ensure high-quality products. Responsibilities include leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, conceptual product design, programming CNC equipment, tool selection and design, and providing manufacturing support to various operational teams. Candidates should possess strong SolidWorks skills, have comprehensive knowledge in sheet metal engineering, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree in Engineering Bachelors preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in sheet metal engineering and disciplines preferred
- Excellent SolidWorks or equivalent modeling skills
- Above average knowledge of manufacturing principles and equipment, including CNC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Custom Sheet Metal Fabrication experience
- Experience with automation processes and new technology
