Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize reliability. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities while diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical issues. Support production changeovers, startup activities, and planned shutdowns, implementing permanent corrective actions to improve equipment uptime. Document maintenance work orders and equipment history in CMMS or SAP systems. Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to enhance safety, quality, and productivity. Operate shop equipment and powered industrial vehicles safely, maintaining clean work areas in accordance with company standards. Work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
- Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electromechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance
- Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar maintenance software
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Working knowledge of mechanical power transmission systems, bearings, belts, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and motor alignment
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation
- Proficiency using hand tools, precision measuring devices, and maintenance equipment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, SAP, or CMMS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and plant shutdowns as business needs require

Desired Qualifications
- Technical degree, industrial maintenance certification, or related vocational training
- Experience with vibration analysis, oil analysis, or predictive maintenance programs
- Experience with automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience using SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar enterprise maintenance systems
- Forklift, aerial lift, or powered industrial vehicle certification
