Manufacturing Manager - Production Supervision

Job Summary
Ensure all instrument transformers are tested and calibrated to meet industry standards, including IEEE, IEC, and other relevant protocols. Lead lab safety initiatives by maintaining proper training programs for technicians and enforcing safety procedures across shifts. Serve as the lead technical resource for lab technicians, providing guidance, performance reviews, and interpreting complex industry standards. Supervise daily lab operations, scheduling, payroll, and team productivity while monitoring performance metrics for quality and efficiency improvements. Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, including Factory Acceptance Testing, inquiries, and lab tours. Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and R&D to support technical inquiries and new product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in transformer design and manufacturing, electrical testing within a laboratory environment, or a combination thereof
- Five (5) years of experience with ISO9001 calibration programs and related compliance to approved protocols
- Two (2) years of experience with interpreting and validating results from high-voltage, insulation resistance, ratio, and dissipation factor testing of instrument transformers
- Two (2) years of experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or SAP QM modules to maintain, verify, and analyze trending test data
- Experience with OMICRON, Megger, or Tettex test systems
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
