Manufacturing Manager / Production Manager

Lead daily manufacturing operations through supervisors and team leads while establishing and sustaining SOPs, training programs, and safety procedures. Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and CAPA processes by partnering with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on operational challenges. Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team while tracking KPIs to support data-based decisions across the site. This role shapes a growing specialty chemistry organization across two Montana locations, requiring a background in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing with familiarity with ISO 13485:2016 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
