Job Summary
Manufacturing Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations, balancing delivery efficiency with efficient inventory management, and driving improvements across quality, environmental, health, and safety certifications. Responsibilities include developing people, processes, and controls for high manufacturing performance; promoting a safe, organized work environment; innovating to modernize operations; ensuring costs are absorbed by production volumes; collaborating with Product Managers on feasibility for new products; aligning with customers and partners on delivery, quality, and cost; and fostering continuous improvement and lean practices in a hybrid work setting at Alphaville – Barueri/SP with planned relocation to Sorocaba/SP. Skills emphasized include production management, lean manufacturing, supply chain and foreign trade knowledge, energy efficiency, leadership and communication, and advanced English.
Required Qualifications
- Completed higher education in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration
- Knowledge of energy efficiency related to reducing electricity consumption
- Production management and lean manufacturing
- Supply chain management including transportation, handling, and storage
- Knowledge of foreign trade is desirable
- Solid experience in people management
- Advanced English
