Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary

Oversee production processes by planning schedules, monitoring quality control, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient, timely output. Manage staffing requirements through hiring, training, and directing employees while ensuring compliance with safety standards, OH&S regulations, and external requirements. Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, procurement, and logistics to achieve production targets, monitor departmental budgets, and prepare for ISO System Audits. Act as a partner with local and international managers to share best practices and maintain a culture of respect and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree valued or equivalent experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing/construction in a leadership role
  • Technical knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Working knowledge of OH&S, environmental regulations, and employment laws
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organization skills
  • Must be responsible and dependable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively collaborate with peers and associates
  • Excellent leadership skills where the team is managed in a healthy and respectful way

Desired Qualifications
