Job Summary
Site Manufacturing Leader will oversee Safety, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Shipping at the Leominster facility, driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing practices, and CAPEX initiatives. Responsibilities include leading a multi-shift operation, implementing effective plant safety programs, analyzing operating results against costs, and growing into increased levels of responsibility while developing high-performance teams. Relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or related fields
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience
- Experience in plastics manufacturing processes (e.g., extrusion, injection molding, compounding)
- Proven experience leading CAPEX projects and driving multi-shift plant efficiencies
- Experience managing front line managers and building high-performance teams
- Technical skills in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing techniques
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
