Job Summary
Manage employees across multiple manufacturing disciplines while developing and executing business plans, policies, and organizational strategies. Acquire resources, provide technical management of suppliers, and lead process improvements to drive continuous improvement teams. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports. Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes. Manage, develop, and motivate employees while leading defect reduction activities using methodologies such as Cut the CoRRS, BPSM, RCCA, and DMAIC. Oversee Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Employee performance and development. This A-Shift role (Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm) supports the production of the Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) seeker.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role
- Experience with LEAN methodologies
- Experience with building and developing teams
- Previous Management experience
- Project Leadership experience
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active US security clearance
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
