Manufacturing Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations with a focus on controlling and coordinating all phases of local manufacturing, driving safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. Lead budget management, metrics development, and attainment of objectives; collaborate with operations and sales to improve quality indices; ensure reliable and timely product launches and ongoing supply; supervise maintenance and facility repairs; foster a positive leadership culture; coach managers and teams to deliver quality, autonomy, and continuous improvement; ensure compliance with regulations and proper risk management; develop and implement actions to enhance safety, product quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years previous management experience in a related industry
- Prior experience with project management
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems
- Expertise in managing Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma operations preferred
