Job Summary
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee production operations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in a leading contract manufacturing company. Responsibilities include establishing production standards, managing material flow and production scheduling, coordinating with various departments, and developing budget and cost control measures.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of all phases of production line processes and procedures
- Ability to effectively collaborate with management team
- Knowledge of productions planning, warehousing, purchasing and material control processes
- Working knowledge of engineering, maintenance and design
- Identify and implement effective strategic plans to improve production
- Ability to effectively work with labor force
