Job Summary
Oversee daily plant operations in the protective packaging division, assigning workloads, managing labor and capital resources, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. Develop and prioritize manufacturing plans to drive continuous improvement and waste reduction projects while implementing performance metrics and certification initiatives. Lead the team in executing annual performance plans, optimizing equipment maintenance schedules, and balancing budgets to meet business needs. Manage external and internal stakeholder interactions to support site and corporate vision.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a maintenance supervisor or manager role
- Demonstrated manufacturing based project management and continuous improvement skills
- fundamental understanding of lean six sigma
- IPS
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or other (applicable) technical discipline
