Job Summary
The Manufacturing Manager at HYVE Solutions will lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing supervisors and production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, monitoring production schedules, collaborating with various departments to resolve production issues, maintaining quality control standards, and managing budgets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in manufacturing operations, with proven leadership and expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding and practical experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, inventory control, and quality management systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards and regulations
