Manufacturing Manager, Daily Execution Leader

Lead the 24/7 operations team of approximately 10 direct reports, including engineers, specialists, and shift supervisors, to drive excellence in Stewardship, Quality, Reliability, Engagement, and Productivity. Coach employees on behaviors fostering trust, collaboration, and the Move to the Core operating model while identifying risks to plant performance. Implement continuous improvement systems to close the gap between procedures and actual work, manage the site partner for material movement, and develop talent through training plans and performance management. Serve as a key member of the Site Leadership Team and primary back-up to the Site Director, communicating plant status and lessons learned to stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional support functions to maintain operational discipline and institutionalize learnings within the culture.
